Hey guys!

We made it to the Final show! It’s been so successful and amazing, I can’t thank you enough for your hard work!

We will have strike after the show (load-out, whatever your want to call it), the truck will arrive after performance around 4:30ish, so first things to load in will be props and costumes in respective cars. Techies will need to sweep and mop the theater (remember where the rags are) and make sure all the things we have changed get reverted to normal, then hand keys in to me to give to the front office. From there, once the truck arrives, we will load it up, head straight to the storage unit and play tetris. We won’t need many people to do that, but that would be all you need to do, and finally make sure the cleaning ladies won’t have to clean a complete pigsty.

Remember, once the dressing room trash can fills up, there are trash cans outside the room too! Don’t you DARE leave food like yesterday! (looking at you boys dressing room!) ONE LAST THING: QUIET. Unfortunately Matchbox 2 will be having a performance going on during our load-out, so we will need to remain silent for most of the load-out until we are out of the building.
